Preparing your cover sheet for submission.
If you are having trouble selecting the correct option on your cover sheet:
Delete any option that does not apply to you (e.g., delete "I do not have a plan" if you have one). What remains is your declaration. Save the updated sheet, and attach it to your document for submission.

Completion requirements
If you cannot remember your username:
Your username can be found on your RAU Unicard (ID badge). It is the 8-digit RAU student number.
If you have lost your Unicard, a replacement can be ordered from registry through the online shop.
If you cannot remember your password:
You must call the IT service desk on 01285 889841 or visit us in person. We are unable to carry out password reset requests via email.
Please ensure you have your student number so that we can easily identify the correct account.
The IT Service Desk normal operating hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 - 17:30.
