(MyDay) will be discontinued from the end of September. Information previously
available on MyRAU will be made available centrally via Gateway. Your Outlook
Email and Calendar (timetable) can be accessed through the links under
“Organise” in the grey footer at the bottom of the page on Gateway.
Extension or Deferral due to Exceptional Circumstances
If your Issue is: I was unable to submit my work on time due to an unexpected issue. What can I do?
Answer: Visit Student Support Services Hub where you will be able to drop in and speak to someone who can offer advice and support. If your work is being affected by an unexpected occurrence, a member of Support Services will talk you through the extension or deferral due to exceptional circumstances process.
