  • The University provides you with your personal timetable, showing all the details of your lectures, seminars and other teaching events – when and where they take place, and who is leading them.

    There’s a link to your personal timetable on the Gateway home page, and we also include your timetable details in your University Microsoft Outlook calendar.

    It is a really good idea to get your University email account and calendar set up on your own laptop, tablet or mobile phone – see the ‘IT at the RAU’ section of the Student handbook for details of how to do this.

• Accessing your timetable
  • Once you've completed your Onsite Registration, you'll find that  your timetable has been automatically added to your calendar in Outlook, the RAU email service.

    Don't forget you can add your RAU email account to your mobile devices. Click on 'IT at the RAU' to find out how to do this.

    When you click on the below link you will be prompted for your normal University username and password.

• Problems with your timetable?

  If you have any issues with your timetable your main points of contact are as follows:

  • Registry, either in person or by email at timetabling@rau.ac.uk 
  • The IT Service Desk in person in the Library Foyer, by phone on 01285 889 841 or by email at IT.service.desk@rau.ac.uk (open Monday to Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm).
