If you cannot remember your username:

Your username can be found on your RAU Unicard (ID badge). It is the 8-digit RAU student number.
If you have lost your Unicard, please come to Porter's lodge as soon as possible to replace it. Porter's lodge may be phoned on 01285 652531  0700 - 2000 Mon - Sun.

If you cannot remember your password:

You must email it.service.desk@rau.ac.uk from the same email account where you originally received your login information. You would have used this email address when you registered as a student. We use this email address to ensure no one else can reset your password. In this email please include:

• That you are requesting a password reset
• Your RAU student number

Please note, we can only reset passwords during the UK working week.
