This module is designed specifically for those students completing a BSc Honours Conversion programme and who are in employment, and likely to remain so, for the duration of their studies.
Students will be required to conduct a personal development plan, evaluating their current working practices, and to identify, with agreement from their line manager, appropriate mechanisms to improve their performance.
