This module provides an alternative to the traditional BSc Honours Dissertation module for those students currently engaged in sustained employment and registered for a BSc Honours conversion programme.
It provides an opportunity for the student, following agreement with their employer and RAU supervisor, to demonstrate project management techniques and undertake a pathway-specific work-based research project which identifies, evaluates and possibly introduces new knowledge, practice or policy into the workplace.
It requires the student to contextualise the project within the specific organisation, taking into account relevant theories and practices.
