Illness

healthIf your Issue is:
I feel really ill and can't get into University.

Answer:

If you are too ill to attend University, you must let your Academic Support Tutor know and email absence@rau.ac.uk. If your illness affects the hand in date of an assignment you must contact extensions@rau.ac.uk who will request evidence of your condition. Also see Health / Medical Centre.

You can also:
Call 111 for medical advice if you are struggling to get out of the house.

problemIf your Issue is:
My laptop or mobile won't connect!

Answer:
If you have any IT issues please contact the IT Service Deskin person in the Library Foyer, by phone on 01285 889 841 or by email at IT.Service.Desk@rau.ac.uk (open Monday to Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm).
