Visit Student Support Services Hub where staff will be able to provide advice and resources to help you.  Also see your doctor. There is a B-eat peer support group that runs once a month in Cirencester (details on the Student Support page on Gateway). Getting help early is really important.

How can I get my RAU emails on my PC and mobile device?

Follow the instructions on the IT Services page on Gateway using the download entitled 'RAU Email on your laptop'.

Your Academic Support Tutor will be able to help you with this. Sometimes it is a matter of balance. You might have taken on too much work or your employer might have unrealistic expectations regarding your employment. Either way, your Academic Support Tutor will be able to help.

Your Academic Support Tutor is available to talk to you or you can visit Student Support Services for help. You may be able to have an extension or referral if your work has suffered as a result of the emergency.

There are numerous opticians in Cirencester. One is available in the large Tesco; there is also a Boots optician in the town centre. You will need to make an appointment to arrange a test.
